I liked friendly employees!

It was fantastic base for skiing. The room was comfortable and stylish when I arrived. Varied breakfast, the food was brilliant! The service was incredible in my opinion. Parking was on site and I paid extra £21 per day to park the car. The location for Tignes was absolutely perfect, near to the restaurant as well as slopes.

A stunningly beautiful and excellent hotel in an amazing setting with plenty of little extras.

Traveling for leisure, I spent a delightful few nights at Hotel Le Diamond Rock. The decor of the hotel was lovely and the location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond, with friendly service and surprise sweet treats left by the cleaners each night. The ski hire team was incredibly helpful, ensuring our boots were warm for the next day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a high standard of decoration. The communal areas were also excellent, and my daughter loved the games room. The hotel's staff, including the boot room team, were exceptional in their helpfulness and friendliness. The preparation of the skis each morning and the warm boots were truly appreciated.

Would recommend this hotel.

exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful venue, stunning location near the restaurant, and slopes, greatly enjoyed our stay. it was comfortable modern, good enough for skiing. we had outstanding meals in the hotel; visited the loop bar based not far away.

Our stay at Le Diamond Rock was worth every penny. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a modern and stylish design. The location was amazing, with easy ski in/out access and no need for a rental car. The staff treated us like royalty, from the helpful reception to the extraordinary Leo in the boot room and Jojo at breakfast.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, with a limited variety of choices.

This hotel offers great proximity to the slopes, with easy ski-in/ski-out access. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and clean, and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, offering excellent service at every turn. The breakfast is delicious and the dining options are varied. The spa and pool are excellent facilities for relaxation after a long day of skiing.

One downside is that the outdoor jacuzzi was not functioning properly during my stay.

The location was perfect, we were close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, they really made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a great touch and addition to our stay after a long day of hiking.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable which detracted from our sleep quality. The parking was quite expensive, it would have been nice if it was included in the price of the stay.

This venue is the epitome of luxury! The exclusive amenities provided by the hotel offer a unique and unforgettable experience. The service is top-notch, and the Spa & wellness centre is divine. The indoor swimming pool is heated to the perfect temperature and perfect for a morning swim. The sauna is a perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The body scrub and massage services are a must-try. The spa lounge is a perfect place to unwind with a book or chat with friends. I felt truly pampered and rejuvenated.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the slow service in the restaurant on the first night. However, the rest of my stay was exceptional.

We spent a delightful Christmas holiday at this hotel. The decoration was very well done and added to the festive atmosphere, along with the warm and friendly staff. The location offered easy access to ski lifts and other amenities. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail: the cleaners arranged sweet treats every night on our pillows and the ski rental team was helpful every morning, leaving our boots warm and ready for use. the pool and sauna were a welcome retreat at the end of our ski days.

We experienced a few negatives during our stay. the breakfast could have been better for the price we paid.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited vegetarian food options and intermittent short staffing at the bar, these were outweighed by the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The chef made a special effort to cater to our dietary needs, and the staff in general were attentive and accommodating.
